EQUIPMENT FOR OIL PRODUCTION The production of unrefined sunflower oil, called ‘Our Native’, begins with the purchase of raw materials (sunflower).
The sunflower is analysed in the laboratory for preservation, moisture, acidity and oil content, and then the following equipment is used:
Separator - this is used to separate the seeds from large impurities. ‘ Rupal-veal machines grind the seeds to get the mint. ‘ A screw press presses the oil.
- The extractor allows the residual product to be extracted. ‘In the bottling line, the product is put into containers. The available technical equipment makes it possible to produce twenty thousand one-litre bottles of the product in one hour from fifty tonnes of seeds.
- That is, two and a half kilogrammes of sunflower seeds can be used to make one litre of oil. It is worth noting here that the bottles for filling are also produced at the factory. The PET bottle blowing machine blows out 1 and 5 litre bottles, and the finished products are filled into containers and packed in cardboard boxes.
